Representative John Kriesel (R) District 57A

By Rep. John Kriesel (57A)

Hello from St. Paul-
On Wednesday, February 15th I was in attendance for the Governor’s State of the State Address, and was honored to be joined by Tim Nelson and Neil Doyle, both close friends of mine that I served with in Iraq. The Governor’s speech was brief but we both agree that job creation should be our number one priority. I look forward to working together with the Governor and the Legislature to create the best possible environment for job growth and for restoring confidence in Minnesota’s economy. I believe that the best solution for Minnesota right now is to provide an environment that is conducive to private sector job growth by making our market a competitive place that encourages business expansion.

Redistricting maps will be released next Tuesday, February 21st at 1:00pm. It will be very interesting to see where the new district lines fall and to be able to move forward with the new plan. For more information on redistricting, please visit: http://www.gis.leg.mn/html/redistricting.html.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or want to share your thoughts on the session. You can reach me by email at rep.john.kriesel@house.mn or by calling my office at 651-296-4342.

Have a great weekend!
John Kriesel
