How do our state legislators rate on family issues?

Minnesota Family Council "Champions of the Family".

Minnesota Family Council “Champions of the Family”.

As it does following each legislative session, the Minnesota Family Council tracked and scored legislators’ votes on a number of issues affecting Minnesota families to show how they measure up to pro-family principles.

Eighteen state senators and forty-five state representatives scored as “Champions of the Family” for 100 percent pro-family voting records on these critical issues.

So how did our SD54 legislators rate?

Representative Denny McNamara scored a 92.
Representative Dan Schoen scored a 0.
Senator Katie Sieben scored a 0.

That’s no typo, Rep Dan Schoen and Sen Katie Sieben both scored a “zero”.
